有没有能够翻译英文的医生啊？帮我看看得的什么病啊？

最近，腰部疼痛，自己怀疑是肾结石，然后，去了医院（国外的医院，本人在国外劳务）检查，做了B超，检查结果看不明白，所以，请各位大夫帮帮忙!
ULTRA-SOUND OF ABDOMEN.
Liver:is normal in size,position,fatty echo-texture.
No focal echo-textural changes seen.
CBD is of normal caliber.there is no IHBD.
the hepatic veins and IVC are normal.
Gall bladder：is contracted.
Spleen:is normal in size,postion and echo-texture.
Both kidneys are normal in size,position & echo-texture.
The collecting system is normal.
Cortico-medullary differentiation is maintained.
Except of tiny bilateral foci suspected of tiny renal gravels.
Urinay bladder:is well distended.No calculus seen.
Wall thickness is normal.
Prostate is normal in size and echo-texture.
ENCLOSED SPOTSHOTS.
NOTE:Please correlate clinically and with other relevant investigations.
The patient must bring all ultrasound reports during next visit.

Liver:is normal in size,position,fatty echo-texture.肝脏:大小、位置、脂肪、回声或回音特性皆正常。
No focal echo-textural changes seen. 未见特性回音的病灶变化。

朋友，我不是医生，但我能看懂一二，只是太费时，你除了双肾双边有点疑似的小小的问题外，双肾本身及其他器官一切正常。
