以前上中学时，我们的学习负担很重，每天上完课就有一大堆作业在等着我们，晚上我们差不多在11：00以后才休息。
现在上大学了，也一样很忙，除了正常上课外我们还要利用课后去学电脑，考英语四级等。为了缓解学习负担，我现在尽量调整我的睡眠时间来保持充足的精力来备战第二天，我们还利用周末一起去郊游或博物馆等一些能丰富视野的事来做，现在，我不仅感觉不到学习负担，而且我的学习生涯 非常的丰富多彩！
