VB如何让LABEL里的文字竖排

举个例子，就是把屏幕顺时钟转个90度的那种效果，做的到吗？

让LABEL里的文字竖排方法：

1. 设置Label控件的Alignment为2

   调整字号大小到显示单个字，或者收小Label控件的宽度（Width）

如果是vb的话不行， 但是在web的环境下可以用javascript、css实现。
