mybatis中：元素类型为 "when" 的内容必须匹配 "=(include|trim|where|set|foreach|choose|if)"。

这个错误是什么意思，元素类型为"when" 的内容？
我的mapper.xml只有3个sql:
select id ,user_name ,password from user
insert into user(id,username,password,phone)VALUES (#{id} , #{username} ,#{password} ,#{phone})
select id ,user_name ,password from user where id = #{id}
这3个语句也会报这个错误吗？
