My pastime is cooking. There are many reasons why I love cooking. From the ingredients to the prepared dishes for friends to enjoy is a long learning process. Cooking isn't something we just do it for granted
but involves skills and measurment. Who doesn't want to be a good cook ? It's by trial and error to e up with correct way in boiling
baking or frying ! I learn how to cook from my mother. She is employed as a cook in a famous 5 stars Hotel. She teaches me to read cook books in my pastimes
watching TV Oliver's ist in Cooking with Gas ! Then while the rice is cooking
prepare the dishes. That's why and where I learnt to cook in the Hotel somewhere cooking secretly ! (130 words.)
My pastime Cooking is my favourate pastime
for I like to enjoy gourmet food. Though I had never learned cooking before
yet it was my habit to watch and observe the ways my mother preparing food. Usually
she prepares food by heating methods such as boiling
baking
roasting and frying. In addition
there are certain secrets to follow by me of controlling the period of cooking and kinds of seasonings added so as to make the gourmet food.

my mum and I always go shopping at the wet market for fresh produce. The ingredients we bought are used to cook
and we enjoy doing it together. My passion for cooking began when I was six. The food in the canteen is extremely disgusting
