动词不定式作定语
动词不定式作定语指的是to do放在名词或者代词后面作后置定语。
1、常接动词不定式作后置定语的名词有：time、ability、chance、opportunity、way、courage、plan等
例句：I need time to order my thoughts. 我需要时间梳理一下思路。Cycling is a cheap way to get around. 骑自行车是一种省钱的旅游方式。
The exhibition gives local artists an opportunity to display their work.这次展览为当地艺术家提供了展示自己作品的机会。
Is there a plan to work out this?是否打算解决这个问题呢？It takes courage to say what you think. 说出你的想法需要勇气。
2、当名词前面有序数词后置最高级形式的时候，后面常常用动词不定式作定语；
例句：He is the first man to come. 他是第一个来的人。He'd always be the first person to offer to help. 他总是第一个主动提出帮忙。He was the last man to blame. 他是最不应该受到责备的人。
3、名词前面有enough、very、only修饰的时候，后面常常接动词不定式；
例句：There is enough room to place the piano. 这里有足够的空间可以放置这架钢琴。There isn't enough room to hold so many people. 这没有足够的地方容纳这么多人。
There is enough room to hold these people to have a meeting. 有足够的地方容下这些人开会。
