车辆信息管理系统的开发目的正是为了解决以上问题，该系统基于ASP技术以及数据库技术依托高速、便利的网络平台通过简捷的流程实现高效率的网上办公应用，包括网上用车申请、网上审批、网上车辆派出登记等功能而且都是在瞬间完成，极大的提高了办公效率，使各科室将更多的精力投入到勘探开发的科研生产中。
