很有意思，你为什么要翻译这些？这些不都是参考文献吗？就算你是中文写的论文，英文的参考文献也是可以直接引用的，本来就不需要翻译。加上参考文献中最多的人名很多是姓氏，根本没有标准翻译，一点用也没有。
如果你不是在写论文，那你要是想查阅这些文献通过你们学校图书馆上ACS基本就可以了。
