企业上主要是管理科学的差距,中国企业的管理主要是靠人际关系,而没有进入到全面管理模式下.

日本与中国习俗之间的差异

本人的生活习俗虽与中国的习俗有许多相近之处，但也有不少还存在着很大的差异。到日本后，千万不要按中国的某些习俗去想当然办事，而要事先搞搞清楚，再入乡随俗。否则，将会因不合习俗而造成一些别扭和误会。
