超声检查在闭合性跟腱断裂中的临床价值

摘要 目的 探讨超声在闭合性跟腱断裂中的运用价值 方法 回顾性分析16例经我院骨科临床证实的闭合性跟腱断裂的超声检查结果，结合术中探查所见及保守治疗效果，做术前超声检查与术中探查结果及临床保守治疗效果的对比分析，探讨超声在闭合性跟腱断裂中的运用价值。 结果 16例闭合性跟腱断裂患者中，完全性断裂10例，不完全性断裂6例中，估测断裂程度大于50—70% 者4例，断裂程度小于30%者2例（该2例患者未行手术治疗，经骨科保守治疗后痊愈出院），超声诊断符合率100%（16例/16例）。 结论 超声检查能够为临床提供比较准确的病况信息及诊断依据，值得临床推广应用。

跟腱闭合性断裂在骨科临床上比较常见，可能与跟腱急性创伤或过度劳损导致的慢性炎性病变有关，开放性跟腱断裂诊断并不困难，而闭合性跟腱断裂有时因患者尚存在踝关节跖屈功能而被漏诊[1]，尤以跟腱纤维断裂小于50%者多见，骨科同仁们若能将疑似闭合性跟腱断裂的患者均行常规超声检查，就可获得比较可靠的诊断依据，从而降低漏诊率。

Conclusion Ultrasonography is able to provide more accurate clinical information and diagnosis based on medical conditions, it is worth clinical application.
