化妆品上一个圆里面两个黑白环形箭头标志是什么意思？

有一点像太极里面阴阳鱼的样子
我的化妆品不是日本的，而且那个可回收材料的标志不是一个由三个首尾相接的箭头组成的三角形吗，旁边还会写是什么材料的。
