(a) This exclusive agreement shall be effective as of 18 February 2009 and continue,subject to the terms and conditions hereof,in force and effect until 17 February 2010.
(b) This Agreement shall continue in full force unless Owner of Property Manager notifies the other party in writing 60 days prior to date of termination.

2.这份协议一直有全部效力。除非财产管理方的拥有着提前60天通知此协议另一方该协议的终止。
