win7一开机就显示资源管理器未响应

开机进入桌面只有桌面背景图，没有快捷方式图标，一点击鼠标就会显示资源管理器未响应，然后重启资源管理器，我直接点取消才能进入桌面。这是什么原因？另外，我好像打了一个系统提示的最新补丁才有这个问题，不知道是不是微软耍阴招，整盗版系统，补丁详情：
