In fact technical barriers to trade have affected the development of China's foreign trade. On the hand as an export giant our efforts to expand export have suffered frm trade barriers in foreign countries. International market access and competitiveness of export products are suject to bad influence. On the other hand since China lacks a sound technical trade barriers system to
protect domestic marketa large amount of low-levelproducts or goods that does not conform to certain technical regulation and standard senter China through trade. Furthermore with intensified use of technical barriers to trade in all countries and continuous improvement of market access after China entering the WTO these two issues will further heat up.
This article is focus on the influence of Technical Barriers to Tradein China and how do China to deal withit. The collective performance is the government, the enterprise, the profession association's countermeasure.
