我觉得楼主听到的这首林志炫的英文歌曲应该出自他的英文专辑《Ocean Deep》中的一首。

这首歌应该是首合唱歌曲，网上找不到这首歌由哪个歌手唱过，像Ian Brown，Nas等歌手的《The World Is Yours》都是其他不同的歌曲，我都一个一个听过了，歌词与你的歌词不对，只是同名而已。
