Everyone of us has his sphere of life,and his favourite activities.There are various kinds of activities:reading quietly in a corner of the wooded campus,writing short stories,drawing sketches,taking photos,shopping,cooking,cleaning,picnicking in the woods or on the beach,swimming,playing basket-ball or football,growing flowers or trees,raising goldfish, touring, sightseeing, going to the movies,watching TV,visiting friends or just sitting on a sofa and chatting.

Now,let me introduce my after-school activities to you.We have two lessons from 3:20 to 5:20 in the afternoon. After class,we have many activities such as reading,sports,singing,playing computer.
The girls often chat with friends in the playground,and the boys always play foot-
ball or basketball in it.My favourite
activities are sports,singing and speech
competition.I also hope we can have less
time to do homework and have more time to take part in the tour.

My spare time is full of interesting activities. I read all kinds of books in the reading-room whenever I have time. I learn a lot more in the library than in class in this way. Sports and games keep me healthy and strong enough to deal with all difficulties. Among all games， volleyball is my favourite. I often play volleyball with my classmates. Sometimes I go in for social practice with my classmates outside school. For example， we go to plant trees in spring. In this way， I gain a lot of social experience and leam to work for the good of the society.

Out-of-class activities are quite necessary fur us students. Trirough these activities we can leam many things that can t be learned in class.

During my secondary school years I often liked to go to the recreation room to play table tennis. Some of my classmates were very good at this game and I often tried to compete with them to improve my skill. In high school I spent many hours playing outdoor sports. I enjoyed team sports like basketball and volleyball. In my senior year I started to practice tennis. Sometimes I would find a partner to play tennis with me, but as yet I am not very good at this sport. Tennis requires great strength in the arms and legs as well as strong concentration on the game.
