21世纪企业最高层次的竞争就是企业文化的竞争。企业文化是以企业管理哲学和企业精神为核心,凝聚企业员工归属感、积极性和创造性的人本管理理论。中小企业已成为国民经济中一支重要而活跃的力量,在经济发展中起着不可替代的作用。市场的多样化、多元化为中小企业提供了机遇,也提出了挑战。如何整合中小企业文化,最大限度地激发中小企业的活力,使中小企业立于不败之地,成为人们关注的焦点。ABC公司作为一家中小企业,其企业文化的形成和发展过程中,在塑造企业形象,规范企业行为,激发员工的积极性,促进企业管理和经营,增强企业凝聚力和竞争力等方面发挥过重要的作用。但是,在市场竞争日益激烈、美国金融危机引发的全球经济危机导致全球经济增长缓慢和中小企业生存和发展步入“寒冬”的背景下, ABC公司在构建企业文化和企业发展之间也遇到一些困惑。本文在对我国中小企业文化构建现状和存在的问题进行分析研究的基础上,结合ABC公司企业文化构建的发展历程和现状,指出存在的问题并进行原因分析,提出其企业文化构建方面的对策。
