尤其如果是要进外企，那就更是如此了。

我从事电子商务很多年了，很熟悉这个圈子里的潜规则，你的职位目标在于数据分析领域，只是以前偏于客服中心方面，虽然有ebay的工作经历，可惜国内对ebay的运营并不认可。

所以建议更改建立如下：

1、强调数据分析能力——工具、方法和经验。
2、强调实际案例——说服力。
3、职能描述要精简——尤其要突出挖掘、分析、应用and循环这些重点层次。
4、去掉“熟悉运营中心的各类数据信息”这种敏感的话，招聘数据分析师最重要的是职业道德和精神，这句模棱两可的话会让人误会，突出的还是挖掘的能力好一些。
