2. The customer ordered 3 sandwiches but it wasn't ready after 15 minutes.

2. The guest ordered 3 sandwiches, but they were still not ready even at 15 minutes later.
GRM apologized to the guest and also offered them some fruit to show our regret. The guest accepted it and was satisfied .

2. The customer ordered 3 sandwiches but they had not been completed after 15 minutes passed. GRM apologized to the customer and give a compote for free to express apology. The customer accepted it and felt satisfactory to the disposal of our hotel.

2.The customers asked for three sandwiches,but after 15 minutes they still weren't ready.GRM apologized to customers and sended them fruit-plate for sorry. They accepted our apologise and pleased to the treatment of our hotel.
