1 没有A这种语气吧，一般将来时就好了，选C意思是本来可以做的更好的，但是没有
2、but for意思是“要不是”这个词组常用于虚拟语气。but that 若非
后接真实情况的条件从句,该从句不用虚拟式,可置于句首或句中,而主句则需用虚拟式
如：He would have said no but that he was afraid.
若非他害怕了,他会肯定会说不的.
3、虚拟语气的情态动词都是过去时，c不行，A、B里面我也不好排除了……
4、选A，意思是本来可以过的，但是他不够小心。关键是“but”转折，B的意思是强调他“有能力”过，但是也不能表明到底过了没有，没必要用转折语气
5、would have seen 意思是“本来可以见到”，但是暗含一种结果却相反的语气
6、选A意思是如果听从建议的话“不应该”犯这种错误，语意不通顺。选B，则更为合理，“你本来可以不犯这个错误的，如果你听从他的建议的话”
7、只知道用would ，好像will 之类的情态动词后面要加动词原形吧
8、“in case”万一……；仔细看下它的用法先
9、与3的解释相同，要用过去时 （句子中应该是then吧？意思是“到那时……”，可见是一种虚拟的语气，选A则只是一种陈述句）
（另外should have done:本来应该……，could have done:本来可以……would have done：将来时的本来可以做成某事，这三种都暗含一种结果相反的否定的语气
