1C 句型比较复杂， be delight with sth 这里的sth 用一个从句来替代了, what they saw，完整的应该是be delight with the flowers they saw .句子中用what替代了saw的宾语the flowers.what they saw其实就是指flowers。从后面 flower show 里面就能够看的出来
2. no sooner ...than是固定搭配，引导时间状语从句,主句用过去完成时,"than"后面的从句用一般过去时.(从这里可以知道,no sooner后面是主句;than后面是从句) 表示一.....就的意思
3.正确答案应该是 A，句子中there be中be的单数还是复数形式应该根据他后面名词的单复。这里是changes，所以应该是复数才对。句子中since表示由1990年到现在，所以应该用现在完成时态。至于C选项，应该用于从过去的一个时间点到过去的另一个时间点之间发生的事情。例如Since 1900 to 1950 there had been great changes in the position of woman in britain
