【急急急】帮忙翻译成英文！！！

在过去的学习中，我只是不停的学，没有目的的学，虽然时间用的不少，但是效率却不高。然而现在不同了。在学习之前，拟一份学习计划比如。是先背单词，还是先写作业。充分合理利用有限的时间，劳逸结合，这样，学习效率提高了，还剩下了很多富于的时间，用来做其他有意义的事情，比如看课外书，参加兴趣小组等等。
大学里最多的就是时间了，所以充分利用时间是个问题。以前，除了学习还是学习，没有足够的时间去锻炼身体；然而现在闲暇的时候，我会去做一些锻炼来保持身体的健康。
英语是我的薄弱环节，所以我除了上课的时候认真听讲之外，课下，我还经常听一些英文歌曲，看英文原版书籍，并且和外国人聊天，这些都能让我的英语能力不断的提高。

现在的我，既在学习方面做的不错，又保持了身体的健康，还参加了很多的课余活动，增长了很多课外知识。而这些，是与这些变化分不开的！
