The Recipient Party acknowledge that damages would not be an adequate remedy for any breach by it of this Agreement and agrees that the Supplying Party shall be entitled to the remedies of injunction,specific performance and other equitable relief for any threatened or actual breach of the provisions of this Agreement by the Receiving Party.

接收方承认赔偿费对于任何违约来说，都不能进行足够的赔偿。因为协议中一致同意供应方有权利对命令、具体履行、等同救济和任何威胁的又或是实际违反协议条款契约的进行索赔。
