1.She hadn't told anyone what she was carried with her,nor had she told them what she'd intended to do today.2.Instead she'd said that she was going Christmas shopping. 3.It was the perfect excuse,and though she was sure that they would have understood had she told them the truth,this trip was somthing she didn't want to share with anyone.
此段第一句前半句中为什么不用"she had carried with her",我的理解是:因为包是她一直随身带的.请问这么理解对吗?另外为什么"nor"后是"had she"而不是"she had".是因为此处要倒装吗?第二句中为什么用"was going"这个时态?第三句中"though she was sure that they would have understood had she told them the truth"意思是"她虽然能肯定如果她说了实情他们也会理解的"的意思吗?能不能帮忙分析一下此句的语法,是用的虚拟吗?谢谢了.

第一句中之所以不用"she had carried with her",是因为前面是过去完成时，在这种情况下，引导的宾语从句一般都用一般过去时。"nor"后是"had she"而不是"she had".的确是因为此处要倒装，在neither。。。nor引导的从句中，后半部分都是要倒装的。
第二句：因为前面是过去完成时，那么从句中的时态就应该也用过去时，又因为在那一时刻还未发生，所以就是过去将来时，即在过去某一时间点之后计划要发生的事情。
第三句：此句的确是虚拟语气+倒装。翻译为“这是一个很完美的借口，尽管她确定如果他说了实话，他们会理解他，但是她真的有些不想和他们分享这段旅程。虚拟的原因是因为事情没有发生，增强语气，而倒装则是由于后面的省略了if，其实全句也可以改写为：It was the perfect excuse,and though she was sure that they would have understood if she had told them the truth,this trip was somthing she didn't want to share with anyone.
