本次毕业设计最主要部分是软件Pro/E的应用和加工中编刀路及实现加工。论文当中着重说明零件建模和数控加工工艺的分析,以及Pro/ENGINEER模拟加工的分析。
本论文先从零件的三维建模到零件的数控加工分析,再到Pro/E在数控加工中的应用,都做了详细的分析与叙述。第一章是前言,通过它我们可以了解到PRO/E在社会生产行业中的发展状况及其重要性。第二章是基于PRO/E的零件建模设计,着重说明本论文中加工的产品建模过程中软件的应用。第三章是数控加工工艺分析方面的内容,在本章可以了解到在生产过程中如何编制数控加工工艺,以及数控加工工艺设计得基本要求等。第四章是零件在PRO/E软件环境下数控加工的模拟分析,以及数控指令的生成。
本设计从实际出发,系统地介绍了基于PRO/E的基础应用,功能指令应用,数控加工在PRO/E软件中的模拟分析以及数控加工指令的生成。通过详细的过程说明及大量的图片说明,让读者清楚明白地了解PRO/E的产品设计功能及相关的数控加工。

The most important part of graduation design software Pro / E applications and processing of road provision and implementation process knife. Dissertation focused on the parts of which modeling and NC machining process analysis, as well as Pro / ENGINEER Analog processing analysis.
First parts of this thesis to the three-dimensional modeling analysis of CNC machining parts, and then to Pro / E in CNC Machining, have to do a detailed analysis and description. Chapter are the foreword, which we can understand that the PRO / E production in the social development of the industry and its importance. Chapter II is based on the PRO / E parts modeling design, highlighted in the processing of this thesis the process of product modeling software applications. Chapter III is the analysis of NC machining process content, in this chapter can be seen that in the production process of how the preparation of CNC machining processes, as well as CNC machining process designed to be basic requirements. Chapter IV are parts in PRO / E software environment for NC machining simulation analysis, as well as the generation of NC instructions.

This graduation project most main part is in the software Pro/E application and the processing arranges the knife road and realizes the processing. In the middle of the paper emphasizes the components modelling and the numerical control processing craft analysis, as well as Pro/ENGINEER simulation processing analysis. the present paper from the components three dimensional modelling to the components numerical control processing analysis, then arrives at Pro/E first in the numerical control processing application, has made the detailed analysis and the narration.
