每天一个人早点到,先做准备工作!今天不是我,可我还是蛮早的到了,再跟老员工闲聊问我学什么的,我说:“旅游管理。”她们挺羡慕,说我学历高,可我不这么想,学历高还只是当他们的学徒,。工作时,有的一下可以端上4盘菜还健步如飞,而我只能端上一盘,而且比他们走得慢得多。晚上经理跟我们说 明天开始跟我们上培训,可以学到更多咯。

还是那些任务,传菜,收台,打扫卫生,这就是一个学酒店管理专业开始的工作,但我知道这只是前奏,后面还有好多东西等着我。下午培训经理给我们开始了第一堂培训课,她是个女强人,虽然只有 高中文化 却坚持学了10年的英语,就这一点,我服她。她给我们上的第一堂课跟我们专业课第一堂课差不多,主要讲了仪容仪表和礼节,大概的我都知道,但她说做起来也许很容易,但坚持做下去却很难,当把这些仪容仪表礼节做成一种习惯的时候才算真正学会了这堂课。
第五天
昨晚没睡好,上午上班差点迟到。有时候感觉自己像是台机器,重复做着同一套动作,把那些美味佳肴送到客人的房间。下午还是培训,叫我们要识别各种各样菜,上菜时要报菜名。跟老同事们一起工作一起培训慢慢的熟了起来 时不时得还打闹下,当然是在经理不在的时候。感觉没那么累了 。
第六天
不晓得怎么回事,今天莫名的累啊!客人很多,上午忙了一上午,一直在上菜,收台。因为要盘点,最后多加了一个小时的班,帮他们数餐具。还有今天我端了很多酒杯,在走道上跟一位客人遇到,我礼貌的向边上让了下,请他先走,他却让我先走,并嘱咐我,小心点。这种客人现在少有了。晚上不是很忙,9:30准时下班了。
