翻译内容:国际贸易是经济增长和发展重要的推动力量,世界上许多国家和地区就是通过对外贸易迅速发展壮大起来的。在经济发展过程中,通过对外贸易可以优化生产要素的组合和经济资源的配置,可以转换商品的实物形态和价值的增值,因而对外贸易具有其他经济部门不可替代的特殊职能。而对外贸易依存度的高低则是衡量一国对外贸易在国民经济中的地位标准。一般来说,对外贸易依存度越高,表明该国经济发展对外贸的依赖程度越大,同时也表明对外贸易在该国国民经济中的地位越重要。伴随经济的全球化,对外贸易在各国经济中的比重都在增加。1980~2000年间,世界货物贸易的年均增长速度达到6.1%,而世界经济增长速度为5.4%。据WTO和IMF的数据测算,1960年全球外贸依存度为25.4%,1970年为27.9%,1990年升至38.7%,2000年升至41.7%,2003年已接近45%。中国作为转型中的发展中大国,对外贸易依存度也逐年提高。

And the degree of dependence on international trade is a criterion to measure the position of international trade in a country’ national economy. Generally the higher the degree of dependence on international trade, the greater the national economy depends on international trade, in addition it implies international trade owns more important position in the national economy of that country. With the economic globalization, the proportion of international trade in national economy of all countries in the world is increasing. During 1980~2000, the annual increase speed of global commodity trade volume was up to 6.1%, while the annual increased speed of global economy was 5.4%. According to the calculation of WTO and IMF, the global degree of dependence on international trade was 25.4% in 1960, 27.9 in 1970, 38.7% in 1990, 41.7% in 2000, and in 2003 it was near 45%. As a large developing country in economic transition, China’s degree of dependence on international trade is also increasing annually.
