非常抱歉的通知您，因为我们这次采购的铁桶中有两个桶出现了质量问题，表面严重不平整，并且掉漆。不符合产品包装的要求，而这票货物所用的铁桶是定制产品，追加定制恐怕赶不上预定的船期，为了避免影响交期，此次出货的数量将减少为37桶，共计7030KG，请确认并重新发单给我们，谢谢。非常抱歉给您添麻烦了。

●2 barrels are deformation and shortage of paint from our vendor, this will affect packaging.
●These barrels are specailly ordered from the vendor, if I wait for 2 more to exchange the defective ones, we can not meet your defined delivery date.

仅供参考： We have noticed serious defects from our last order. The surfaces of 2 barrles are not leveled and paints have went off. And they are not packed as required. The ordered steel barrels are all custom-made, we are afraid make-up orders will miss the scheduled shipping date. In order not to affect the final delivery, we want to lower the number of delivered products to 37, with a total weight of 7,030 kg. Please modify the order and send us for confirmation. Thanks. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused .
