Dear,MOM
Comes to my college life, I think of two words. One is colorful, the other peacefu l. They are used to describe my college l ife in different periods.
I still remember the first day I set foot in this college. Buildings were surrounded by many trees. Fashionable dressings w ere here and there. What I saw was reall y fresh. My college life began with fresh. Gradually, it turned to be colorful. Durin g the first year in my college, I was the l eader of Communist Youth League in m y class. I attended meetings, made anno uncements and organized class activitie s. I learnt to shoulder my responsibility and unit my classmates. Besides, I was a member of Youth Volunteer Associati on. In my space time, I went to an old pe ople’s home to visit the senior citizens. I organized a donation to help the poor c hildren. I planted trees in Mount Qingxiu . I got no physical reward from these wo rk, but I did make a contribution to help t hose who are in desperate need of care. Apart from this, I joined New Voice, an E nglish association in School of Foreign Language, which provided a platform fo r English learners to make a speech, de bate, free talking and so on. I benefited a lot from the activities. For one thing, I i mproved my spoken English; for anothe r, I learnt to show myself in public. Than ks to these activities, not only did I devel op my interest, but also I lived a colorful college life

一封家书-A Letter to HomeTwel 27, 2011 My Dear Mother and Father, School will be over soon. In the previous letter, I said that I would retrain as soon as the summer vocation began.But now, I'm very sorry to say that something unexpected has changed my plan. In order to let students know society better, our school has arranged social practice for us. It is a very good chance and I really appreciate it. This is the first time i write a letter to you in English,so i think i should say thanks to you frist.
That you give life to me,that you bring me to the world.Sometimes i may make you angry,because i don`t adjust my fault.But i am sure i won`t do that things again,i think i have grown up,i must be able to tell the things true or fault.My dear mother ,you are the greatest person in the world,you are the most important person in my life.the love you give me is the greatst one in the world.
My dear mother,i have to stop here,because my vocabulary is very limited ,i will write more letters in the future ,at that time i can write a much longer one to you.
