在 OurLink.Save 前，指定 IconLocation。如：

OurLink.IconLocation = "D:\targetIcon.ico"

 用VbsEdit编辑器写VBS脚本，在右侧的对象浏览器窗口中 IWshRuntimeLibrary -> WshShortcut 下可看到关于快捷方式的一些属性和方法。
