原句如下：The Researcher shall indemnify ASTRI in full from and against any and all loss of or damage to any equipment or facilities which he may use or borrow under Clause 6.1 which occurs whilst it is in his custody or possession, and any liability, loss, damage, costs and expenses suffered or incurred by ASTRI as a result of any breach by the Researcher of the provisions of this Clause 6.
