可以完全关闭印象笔记客户端，然后打开IE浏览器，在IE浏览器中（其他浏览器不行）打开印象笔记网页版并登录，然后再打开印象笔记客户端，清空废纸篓，重新同步

用IE浏览器打不开网页版，用google浏览器可以

你是不是使用了代理啊，之前，完全关闭代理试试，或者你在微博或者微信上直接联系官方吧

从日志上看是找不到服务器上固定的页面了，返回了404错误。
这种情况有可能是服务器宕机或者重启造成的，如果一直返回404的话，那楼主尝试找新版本的客户端安装。
