that I kind of like, knowing that it could all fall apart at any second 是含有一个分词短语作状语的定语从句。关系代词that, 先行词是(sickening) horror 因为horror后面还跟了of 介词短语作定语，所以定语从句就往后放了。
with this 还是要根据语境来理解。应该前文的"vulnerability" (这里指“delicateness"，蛋壳上描画图案，蛋易碎的特征)
翻译还是有些难。
几分因知道自己走在危险边缘而颇感不适的害怕，反让我有点喜欢，正是由于知道它（鸡蛋）在下一秒随时可能破碎。
