A new term “E-commerce” is created In 21 century, it is a new industry and a new economic growth point. However, logistics distribution system is a development bottleneck. This article is mainly on the implication, characteristic and relationship of logistics distribution, the importance of logistics distribution in E-commerce, establish a logistics distribution mode according to our country’s condition, reduce manufacturing enterprises’ inventory, accelerate fund turnover, reduce logistic cost and improve distribution efficiency. At the end of this article, it analyzed the problems of logistic distribution exist in e-commerce, discussed the question of transferring traditional logistic industry to third party logistic industry. Utilize the information, technology and network advantages of third party logistic industry to solve the problem of distribution and achieve further development of e-commerce.
