电脑蓝屏，请高手指点解决办法！

蓝屏时信息如下：

If this is the frst time gou've seen this Stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified in the stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer fordriver updates. Try changing video adapters

Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOSmemory options such as caching. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode.

是不是散热出了问题,显卡工作产生的热量排不出去导致的可能是,检查一下风扇工作正常么,不行就换一个。
