蛋炒饭
材料:瘦肉(150克)、白饭(2碗)、鸡蛋(2只)、蒜末(半汤匙)
腌料:酒(1/3汤匙)、生抽(1/2汤匙)、生粉(1/2汤匙)
1. 瘦肉洗净,切成细丝,加入腌料拌匀,腌30分钟;
2. 鸡蛋打入碗内,搅打均匀待用。

Ingredients:
Pork meat 150g
Cooked rice 2 bowls
Eggs 2 pieces
Minced garlic 1/2 tablespoon
Seasoning:
Wine 1/3 tablespoon
Light soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon
Cornstarch 1/2 tablespoon
Method:
1. First, wash pork meat. Cut into shreds. Add seasoning and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Next, put eggs into a bowl and beat.
3. Then, heat 2 tablespoon oil, fry minced garlic. Add in pork meat and fry until done. Take out.
4. After that, add 2 tablespoon oil. Add in eggs, put in cooked rice and stir fry.
