Chinese New Year has always been a special
traditional festival in my family .For many people
Chinese New Year is a festival of purchasing new clothes
getting red pockets or praying for auspicious fortune in the ing year. But for me
it is also a festive period of watching miscellaneous beauteous flowers. The week before the Chinese New Year
I went to flower market with my mother. Many people were there to buy different kinds of flower for decoration and to celebrate the Chinese New Year came. We bought narcissus and peach blossom too. My mother hoped that it would bring good luck to our family in the year e. We also went to the supermarket to buy ts for our relatives. In the Chinese New Year Eve
we had a Big Bowl Feast for our dinner. We gathered together at my home and had a good time. At Chinese New Year’s Day
I went to my grandmother’s home with my family. My grandmother gave us pocket money and cooked Radish Cake for us. I played NDS with my brother. We had a good day. The second day of the Chinese New Year
I went to Tsim Sha Tsui see firework with my family. It was cold and crowded of people that night but the firework was very beautiful. Chinese New Year is an important festival for Chinese people. It’s the time for us to gather together to have joy and fun. I really love Chinese New Year.
