摘要：目的 通过对宜宾市血液采集供应现状的分析，为进一步推动和完善无偿献血工作提供科学依据。方法 2008年宜宾市无偿献血者的年龄、职业分布，血液采集量、成分分离量、临床用血情况进行统计和分析。结果 无偿献血和大城市相比存在年龄、职业和地区差异，医疗机构成份用血因医院规模和质量水平存在差异，但成分用血比例与发达地区无明显差异。结论 宜宾市的无偿献血者以公职人员为主，应大力加强无偿献血工作的宣传，特别是基层地区以及其它职业人群中的宣传，以建立一支重复的固定无偿献血者队伍，从源头上保证临床输血安全、有效。同时提高基层医院的技术水平，提高科学用血、合理用血水平
