My healthy life
It is very important to take exercise to keep healthy . In order to build a strong body , I get up early every morning and never sleep late . I often go out to see the sun rise and run around our house . After that I will drink a box of milk and eat some rice . I usually spend two hours doing my homework and then I will play basketball with my friend . I don't like watch TV because it is boring . I often help my mother to do some housework . There are some rules in my home , such as washing hands before eating , going to bed at ten o'clock every night and never go out at night .
