5.1 Conditions and Requirements

1) Toyo-C (and/or the CLIENT) reserves theright of verifying and shall, whenever such a necessity arises, verify any PQRESPONSE in an appropriate manner and, in such an instance of being sonecessitated, the POTENTIAL BIDDERs shall be obligatory to fully comply withsuch request as Toyo-C (and/or the CLIENT) may make in connection therewith.

2) The PQ RESPONSEs received by Toyo-C(and/or the CLIENT) shall thereafter become the property of Toyo-C (and/or theCLIENT)
