不知不觉超过字数了 … 作文大意是说现代人太忙没时间找快乐,但是负面的状态会工作/学习影响表现,严重甚至会加重身体的病情,所以教2个实用的方法: 减少烦恼和冥想。然后有根据这两点拉长了一些point, 结尾就是说有些麻烦是自找的,所以要保持好心情,记得少烦恼。
