Dear Tom,
How are you? It is half a year since I went to college. I feel excited ,happy and occasionally lost.
College life is quite different from Senior high school life. I have many thoughts to say In general it is a time filled with anticipation, some anxiety, and wonderful discoveries.
Many students have to live far away from home and begin the new life by themselves. The first thing I am concerned about is the workload. Obviously,It is lighter and more free than my high school. But I sometimes feel intense because of challenges.All my classmates are excellent and top students.So,I also have to study hard to keep up with them. It is still full of competition.
Fortunately,I have made a lot of new friends. And I have some close friends.I am sure I will enjoy a happy college life with their help.
I am enjoying my freedom. Stay up until dawn talking about my ideals and ambitions with my roommates on weekends. I often do a lot of reading in the library in my spare time.During holidays i went hiking and visiting the local town or well-known spots with some of my new friends.
I even start to think about my future. Getting the degree is not the only goal.Moreover, I want to realize my dream of being a writer.I believe I will enjoy a beneficial and colourful college life!
