本文在阅读国内外有关文献的基础上，采用了SWOT分析法，重点分析了xx省xx市工业旅游所处的内外环境，对其发展的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行了全面分析，以期做出相应的竞争选择，并据此提出可行性对策。
本文共分四章。第一章为绪论，对研究意义、研究方法以及论文的框架进行了介绍。第二章主要介绍了阜新市发展工业旅游的大背景与其发展现状。第三章运用SWOT分析法，对阜新市工业旅游所处的内外环境对其直接影响的因素进行分析，并运用EFE矩阵和IFE矩阵对其影响因素进行评价。
第四章是依据第三章的SWOT分析和EFE矩阵、IFE矩阵做出的评价进行的战略选择和提出的建议性对策。利用SWOT矩阵选择发展战略，并针对阜新市工业旅游面临的挑战与劣势提出相应可行性对策。

Chapter three: Using SWOT ways to analyze the internal and outer key factors that influences the industrial tourism in FuXin city. By using EFE matrix and IFE matrix to evaluate its influencing factors.

Chapter four : Based on all evaluations made by chapter three to make strategic choices and offer suggestions. Choose development strategy by using SWOT matrix. And offer solutions to all challenges and disadvantages that happens in the industrial tourism in FuXin city.
