For the quarrel between you and your mother, I understand why you chose to play football with your friends instead of helping your mother: you had a stressful day at school and wanted to relax a bit. That is natural. However, your mother had been working for the whole day as well and all she asked was for you to do some housework for her. It is not surprising she turned so angry because of your inaction. You should apologize to her and try to help her more in the future.
I cannot really relate to your issue with your sister as I am the only child in my family but what I suggest is that you should discuss it with your sister to hopefully come up with a TV-watching schedule that both of you will agree upon.
For the mid-term, trust me, I have been in your shoes before. It is not too late yet so you can still try to muster as much time as possible to review for the exam. It is not my favorable solution though so I would suggest you should take study more seriously in the future and do not wait until the last minute to start.
