YanHong Li, Baidu's founder, chairman and CEO, has overall responsibility for Baidu's strategic planning and operational management.

In 2005, Baidu successfully listed on NASDAQ, and became the first to enter the Nasdaq stocks of Chinese companies. Baidu has become one of China's most valuable brands.
