摘要
文章在分析中小企业国际化经营的理论，若干国家的实践经验，以及我国中小企业国际化经营的意义、条件与现状的基础上，提出我国中小企业国际化经营的宏观战略和微观策略。本文首先从经济全球化的高度，分析了中小企业国际化经营理论，着重用小规模技术理论和技术地方化理论论证了中小企业开展国际化经营的特有优势和现实可能性。接着总结了若干国家和地区中小企业国际化经营的实践经验，主要归纳了各国政府对中小企业的扶持措施及对我国政府的启示。然后就我国的实际情况分析了我国中小企业开展国际化经营的意义和条件，即开展国际化经营能使我国更好的适应经济全球化的发展，能更好的解决我国自身的经济问题;我国中小企业开展国际化经营有体制和政策、产权、成本低廉的适用技术和种族纽带等优势。正因为如此，我国中小企业国际化经营在近几年得到了较快的发展，对我国经济增长、技术进步和产业升级、以及创造就业机会作出了很大的贡献，但总体上还处于初级阶段，还存在不少问题。为解决这些问题，文章在最后提出了我国中小企业国际化经营的策略。
