品德评价是学校德育工作中的重要环节,在学生良好品德的形成中起着重要作用。科学、全面、合理地实施品德评价,是提高学生的思想品德修养,保证学生全面发展的重要措施,也是完善德育管理、推进素质教育的有效手段。但在学校教育中却没有受到教育者的重视,没有发挥品德评价应有的功能。品德评价的最终目的在于形成和发展学生的优良品德,抑制和转化不良的品德,从而提高学生的思想道德修养。所以本文采用分析法、问卷法及访谈法对当前小学生操行评定的现状作了调查,经过对操行评定的调查反映出小学生品德评价中存在一系列问题,具体表现为:l、教育管理者或教师关于小学生品德评价理论认识的问题;2、品德评价内容狭窄化、公式化、行为化;3、品德评价方式问非学生主体化和主观化。主要表现为教师评价学生,自评、他评、互评不能合理结合。
经过笔者的调查及深入思考,以当今的小学生品德评价理论为基础,结合所调查小学的实际,从以下几个方面提出了改进品德评价现状的建议:l、提高教育管理者或教师对德育及品德评价的认识,转变观念;2、提倡个性化、全面化、发展性评价;3、改变品德评价方式,实现自评、他评、互评相结合,使人人都是品德评价者。

Moral evaluation of moral education in schools an important part of good moral character in the formation of students plays an important role.
