如果你去查词典就知道了，the moment在这里是作连词用的，就相当于when了，你再在后面加上when，不就是重复了嘛！所以答案应该是B。
同样的词组做连词的还有：the second, the minute
另外还有单词：immediately, instantly也是做连词用的，在这里也可以代替上面的the moment.
上述的词组和单词都相当于as soon as（一...就）。
