But at present we still have some problems in promoting the employment of urban poverty, that also affects the rate of poverty enployment.
Therefore, we must perfect the non-regular employment system, carries out the practical professional technical training, establishes the social security rescue system,so that alleviates the city poverty,to fulfill society harmonious development.
