自酿葡萄酒的最好葡萄品种是:山葡萄、康贝尔。特点是做出的葡萄酒味道香醇。酿制葡萄酒时不要添加任何酒类发酵,因葡萄本身表皮上的白霜就是最好的发酵剂。清洗葡萄时,用淡盐水浸泡,然后冲洗干净即可,千万不要洗去葡萄表皮的白霜,否则会影响葡萄发酵的质量。
